Peshawar: The Government has decided to launch a grand anti-encroachment in Peshawar.
The provincial government has decided to launch a grand anti-encroachment campaign across the district so that the Peshawar Revival Plan can be implemented. In this connection, a meeting was held with the Commissioner of Peshawar Division. The meeting was chaired by Riaz Khan Mehsud.
Besides, MPA Asif Khan and the main body involved in the Mega Project, Director General of the Peshawar Development Authority, Ammara Khan, additional deputy commissioner Peshawar, Shama Maiamat, DG Railways Samiullah Khan SSP Traffic Police Fazal Ahmed Jan, Director Environment protection Agency officers of other concerned departments were also present in the meeting.
A detailed plan along with the steps for the Peshawar Revival plan was given to the divisional commissioner and further development steps were also discussed at the meeting.
During a meeting, PDA, Town Municipal Administrations for all the four towns moreover the traffic police were also directed that a survey should be conducted a survey and submitting the report in one weeks’ time so that a grand anti-encroachment plan can be launched as soon as possible.
Under this plan the town-I was directed for conducting an operation in the interior city, Town-II on Charsadda Road, Town-III on the University road as well as Town-IV on Kohat Road whereas the Pakistan Railways was directed Pakistan railways was instructed for anti-encroachment operation on wither sides of the railway track from Hashtnagri Firdous to Nauthia and Hayatabad.
PDA was directed to conduct similar activities in the Hayatabad and Karkhano Market.
