In Pakistan and particularly in Islamabad, the sector of Real Estate is always buzzing with the latest news and happenings. Recently, another breaking news has hit the real estate sector in the town as the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif has announced that the possession letters will be handed over to the 5,500 allottees of the Sector I-15 of Islamabad.
For the smooth allotment procedure, a ceremony will be commenced in PM Shahbaz Sharif’s office and all the possession letters will be handed over to a group of allottees whereas the remaining allottees would be allotted their possession letters once they have fulfilled all the necessary legal formalities.
For the allotment of possession letter of sector I-15 the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad has ensured the formulation of a committee that will guarantee the smooth handing over of the possession of plots to hundreds of allottees in I-15. It is expected that the allottees will be given possession after a lapse of 15 years as the authority’s management is exclusively working and focusing on the construction and development of the city.
Apart from this major news the correspondent from the Capital Development Authority (CDA) also highlighted the matter regarding the crisis of the “built-up property award” that is impacting the plotting of around 1000 plots and it is ensured by CDA that this matter will be resolved transparently.
The recently completed development work in sectors I-15/1, I-15/3, and I-15/4 include:
- Drainage system
- Sewerage network
- Construction of streets
- Street lights
- Culverts and other residential facilities are also expected to be completed soon.
